Diphehiso tsa Basotho is a Sesotho poetry book which is written by two poets who share passion for Sesotho.”Diphehiso tsa Basotho” means inputs of Basotho. Mkhize Pitso and Mpho named this book “Diphehiso tsa Basotho” because they were contributing their different inputs and ideas when they were writing this book. This book contains the following innovative features: definition of poetry, different types of Sesotho poems, Sesotho poetic devices, poet chosen words and many more. Most of the poems that we have selected for this book are intended to expose readers to real life problems that young people experience on a daily basis.
